Columbia University Club of Washington, DC (CUCDC) will be assisting Food & Friends, a local charity that provides meals and nutritional counseling for persons with life-threatening illnesses (primarily HIV/AIDS and cancer). The CUCDC has volunteered to work in the pantry assembling/packing meals which will be distributed to the families/individuals. We need volunteers!

To begin Spring, we again return to the Kiplinger Gallery, the longest running venue of all our events.
The Kiplinger Gallery includes selections from the Kiplinger collection shown in changing exhibitions. This collection comprises over 5,000 items, including prints, paintings, and photographs, most of which feature Washington architecture. You will also find maps and period, political portraits.

Martha Joynt Kumar (GSAS) an expert on the communications strategies of seven White House administrations, and a Co-Director of the White House Transition Project will speak about Communications in the Obama White House on April 7 at the China Garden Restaurant in Rosslyn. She will be joined by CU alumni White House Correspondents. Details to follow
