NASMHPD'S Annual Forensic Division Conference will be held from Monday September 28 through Wednesday September 30, 2009, at the Sheraton Oceanfront Hotel in Virginia Beach, Virginia, 23452. The Hotel is located at 3501 Atlantic Avenue. The meeting will begin at approx.9:00 am. on Monday, September 28, and adjourn at noon on Wednesday, September 30th. A Draft Agenda will be posted on the NASMHPD website as soon as it becomes available.

NASMHPD accepts credit card payments using MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. As always, we accept purchase orders (our Federal Tax ID number is
52-0784740) or payment by check. All payments and purchase orders must be received prior to the meeting.Please note that in case of cancellation, there will be a $30 administration fee deducted from the participant’s refund. The deadline for conference registration is Friday, August 28 2009.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Each meeting participant will be responsible for making his/her own hotel reservations. The deadline for making hotel reservations is Friday,August 28, 2009.The special room rate is $88.00 plus 13% tax and $1.00 per day lodging tax. The rooms are available starting on Sunday, September 27, the Conference begins on the 28th.
