To promote direct referral in order to improve patient access to colonoscopy, reduce waiting time, and to increase rates for screening colonoscopy in NYC.
To insure that patients who are referred are good candidates for direct referral, and arrive well informed and well prepped for their procedures.
To provide participants with resources to facilitate direct referral.
