The Honorable Cecil Andrus, former U.S. Secretary of the Interior and four-time governor of Idaho, delivered the keynote address. John Ruetten of Resource Trends spoke on public outreach and marketing. His firm is lead investigator on the WateReuse Foundation project addressing public perceptions of indirect potable reuse.

There were two discussion panels—one covering the topics of water rights and the use of irrigation conveyance and the other focusing on owners’ perspectives on TMDLs and water reuse. Case studies from Idaho and Washington provided up-to-date info on projects already on the ground.
