Volunteers

To All Volunteers:

Meet DownStairs at the Alpine Training Center (ATC) in the Race Center at 8:00 AM sharp.

Before gatekeeper's meeting, please sign in on appropriate sheet (either voucher or pass sheet depending on what you are working for).

• • ALL gatekeepers and race crew MUST sign in down stairs.
    • The sign-in sheets are on the wall next to the timing room door.
  • Make sure to PRINT your name CLEARLY on the correct sheet.
  • CHECK the box to indicate whether you are a gatekeeper or race crew.
  • If needed, lift tickets are given out up stairs at the front desk.
  • After the race ALL gatekeepers and race crew MUST sign-out up stairs at the front desk to receive voucher debit card. Season Pass people must sign out down stairs where they signed in.

These procedures MUST be followed by EVERYONE in order to receive credit for working the race. (whether you are working toward a season’s pass or vouchers).

You MUST BE at your assigned duty station at least fifteen (15) minutes before the start of the run.
All forerunners will go before the official run start time.
To arrive at your work location on time, you need to consider:

• • What trail the race is on
  • The length of time in the lift line
  • Time to ride the lift
  • The time to ski down to your duty location

Please take all into account when planning your time to leave the ATC.
THE RACE CANNOT START UNTIL ALL WORKERS ARE IN POSITION.

Lunch will be served down stairs in the Race Center!!

After receiving assignment, completely fill out the top of your GATE JUDGE CARD while in the ATC.
